I am the son of Curtis Alfred and Rubye Charles Weldon Hay and was born December 9, 1940 in Langdale, Chambers County, Alabama. I was married to Jeanette Nelson Hay for thirty nine and a half years before her death on December 14, 2002. God has blessed me with good health and some wonderful memories. My entry into family research was in 1999 and my interest in doing so was to preserve my family history so I could pass it along to my son and my grand children. Genealogy has become a passion for me and a great diversion since my wife died in 2002. My desire is not only to preserve my own family history but since over the years other people have been a great help to me I try to help other people when I can. I have found Find-A-Grave to be a great vehicle to both find and share family history. My families of interest are Hay, Matson, Franklin, Weldon, Mims, Cleckler, Nelson, Snider, Robertson, Taylor, and Coe.
If I have a memorial that is not a part of my family I will be happy to make a transfer. | |

 | RE: Minnie Lee Taylor Nelson You have the rights to her memorial & are the only one that can add her parents under Family Links: Edit.Added by Robbie on May 02, 2013 9:37 PM | | | pco
 | RE: Willie Mae Shepard Weldon Clyde, Why don't you post the information from my memorial on your memorial for Willie Mae Sheppard Weldon, and I'll delete mine. Might be quicker. Just a though. PrissyAdded by pco on Nov 13, 2012 10:26 AM | | | pco
 | RE: Willie Mae Shepard Weldon ok. But, I think they will want MINE deleted because yours was the first and mine was the second. Please keep me posted.Added by pco on Nov 12, 2012 12:08 PM | | | pco
 | RE: Willie Mae Shepard Weldon Thanks for your reply. I set up the duplicate record for Willie Mae Sheppard Weldon, and was going to delete my record, since the one you manage is the earlier record. I wanted to post the information to your record first though, which is why I wanted the transfer. I think the oldest record takes precedence, and it was inactive when I set up the other record. (I wanted to link and add information and couldn't). Just let me know how you want to handle it and I will comply. Thanks! Prissy

 | Highland Baptist Church Cemetery thank you for locating and photographing Traywick tombstone. Have a good week! | | | Martha McCaffrey Dobbins
 | RE: Macedonia Cemetery I specifically would like the Traywicks that do not have photos. BUT there are 77 memorials that do not have photos; so, if you are inclined to take all these and add to memorials I am sure everyone would greatly appreciate the gesture. This is only if cemetery is not too far out of your way. I have a connection with a Chilton County Cemetery book, she sent me copies of the Traywicks and I checked the other names on each sheet and added if there was no memorial...I did add a lot of Mims memorials. The Traywicks have been elusvie so I have added multiple memorials in different cemeteries in Chilton County. I will request photos as my request option is available. | | | Martha McCaffrey Dobbins

 | Elzie Willis DeLoach - 26777086 http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=26777086
Thanks for your note regarding inability to locate the grave of ELZIE WILLIS [not Willie] DeLOACH. You may have the wrong cemetery as you said you were able to find only one DeLoach marker. There are several DeLoaches buried in the Bethany Baptist Church cemetery in Verbena AL, and their graves are clearly marked. But thank you for trying to help me.
