Betty Fink
Philip Fink
I just wanted to let you know that there is no marker for Philip Fink. I'm not sure that there ever was one, but if there was, it was likely in the same area as his children, Charles and Mary C. Fink.

The only way we know that he's buried there is from his death certificate.

Keith- I haven't been back over to the cemetery-I am working on my final project for my master's degree which is very time consuming. I have a list of graves to photograph over there, I just need to find the time to go. I didn't forget about your request however, and I will check with the office for that record. Regards, Linda

RE: Re: Grahams in Evergreen - Fitzgerald
Keith,

I guess I have to wonder why you are contacting me about the Grahams. I did not entered either of the duplicated memorials. I only entered one of the 9 there. I have no way to correct any errors.

Please contact Find A Grave ( info@findagrave.com ) Send them a link to each memorial and ask them to merge them. That should solve your problem.

Regards,

Winnette

Re: Grahams in Evergreen - Fitzgerald
Hello Keith,

Sorry, but, I know absolutely nothing about this family. I added Aline because she is the sister of Minnie Parker. Parker is one of my family names.

Also, you will find there is supposed to be 2 Mary V. Grahams. Their dates are not the same, so it is not a duplicate. I have asked the submitter to correct the DOB on the one. Should not be 1830, but, 1880.

Another thing that new submitters might not know, the links to relatives did not exist prior to around March of 2010. Therefore, many of us have unlinked submissions. You can click on the edit button on the top left and ask that someone be connected, please include the memorial number for the people you are connecting.

And if it is for me, please give me the source or evidence. I don't change my memorials on requests, unless I can back them up with proof.

Good luck in your Graham research.

Winnette

I will check the cemetery records. I will also try to clean up that plaque a little as there might be names where the grass grew over since the plaque is larger than what I was able to photograph. Will let you know.

RE: Thank you!
You are welcome- sorry it was partially obscured, you know there was a big switch about mid 20th century to move away from headstones due in part to problems with lawn maintenance. But the move to ground level plaques also causes a problem which in ways in worse because the grass quickly grows over the ground level markers. I am glad to see a resurgence of headstones again.
