Born in Brewton, AL in 1943, I became interested in my Family Tree in March of 2010. Since that time many hours have been spent collecting and posting family members to Ancestry. Most recently, I became acquainted with Find A Grave and have been posting names and pictures of the family. My goal is to find as many family members as possible and be able to post their headstones to Ancestry and FindAGrave. The LYNN and HART families are my primary interest, but all those folks who have married into these lines are of almost equal interest. |
"New" relatives have become known during this process, both living and dead. The living are an invaluable source of information and those deceased, so very interesting. Many thanks to all the people who contribute to FindAGrave! You are doing an incredible job.

Margarie Haigler has been transferred to your care. Cornelius Watson does not belong to me, so unable to make a transfer.

My visit was very enjoyable. Sometimes I presume too much, as I am presuming you are a member of St. John's. Jim gave me a great tour outside and inside, and guided me to Faye's office. Although Priscilla's obit stated she was at the Columbarium, Faye checked some records and said she was at Oakwood Cemetery.

Hi Jeanette. I'm interested in Priscella Crommelin.
I was a teenager in 1953 when my family moved to Montgomery from Chicago. We Lutherans met in the Chapel that opens onto Perry on the rear of the church. I don't recall how long we were there before moving to our own church on Atlanta Hwy. anyway, I was never aware of any (can't recall the name). I'm looking forward to going back. Thank you.

Thanks for the thanks. I am trying in all the heat and gnats to do all of Bethel. If you need any others, let me know.

I have just this very minute discovered that there is ANOTHER Dixon Cemetery in this county, I went to the one I knew. I did a search and there is a Agnes Dixon buried in the other Dixon cemetery. I will try and locate this cemetery and photograph this headstone for you ASAP. I have to try and dodge these afternoon pop up thunderstorms... if you lived in Brewton during the summer, you might remember "Dog Days" where it rains every single day.

You are very welcome. I'm glad that my dad and I could help. Hope you have a good day.

Would you like me to transfer this memorial? Perhaps you have a maiden name or more info.
