|Jen Myers||Mary Brandenburg/ Samuel Moore|
Hi, I am wondering if you have any information on Mary Brandenburg. She was the first wife of Samuel Moore. They had 4 children. (Callie, Butler, Taylor and Lillie) Callie Moore would be my grandmother's grandma. After Mary died Samuel married Martha and had Ruth. We can not find any death records or where she was buried. Any information would be great. Thanks so much,
Jen Myers. :)
I remembered Stella's name about a month ago. Again, she seems like a very nice lady. I was happy to have gotten to meet her. I figure there are multiple graves in that area that are lost. I would have liked to known where my great-grandmother's grave is (Effie Fox) so that we could give her a proper gravestone. Back in the '80s money was collected by one of my grandpa's sisters to get their mother a stone. The money was stolen (by the sister's son who had an alcohol problem) and the stone was never purchased. From what I've heard, Effie had a sad, short life. And I would like for her to have a proper stone in memory of both her and my grandpa, as he loved his mother so very much.

Thanks for the information. What is your cousin Phillip's mother's name? I'm kicking myself because I can't think of it. For some reason I'm thinking it begins with a V (Vera keeps coming to mind). I've met her twice. She's a very nice lady. Denny moved off from Indiana when I was very little, so I really never got to know him like the rest of the Roscoe and Nora's kids. And, you're right, Joseph would be Phillip's great-grandfather. Unfortunately, I don't have a list on Ancestry. I got away from genealogy once I started back to school. Also, one of my computers crashed and I lost a lot of information with pictures. I sort of lost heart after that. But, every now and again I'll do a little searching and find more information or pictures. I have been trying to find out where my grandfather's mother is buried in Lee County. His name was James Hurshel Fox. His mother was Effie Fox (nee Fox). Pap always said she was buried at the Fox Cemetery around Lower Buffalo. She doesn't have a stone and I'm sure by now there is no one that would even know where her grave is located. She died circa March, 1935.
Hi, Debbie. I'm sorry, I just saw your message. My Brandenburg line begins with my great-grandmother, Edith Brandenburg. She was my paternal grandmother's mother (Ruth Turner Fox). Edith's father was Joseph Brandenburg and her mother was Jallie and/or Jaliah Fox, daughter of Harvey Fox and Sarah "Sally Ann" Caudill. I believe Joseph's father's name was David Caught Brandenburg.

My wife's line is from Wilhelm Heinrich Brandenburg, Mathias bother. Wilhelm is her 5th g-grandfather and Mathias her 5th great grand uncle. Their father is Solomon Brandenburg (1700-1796).

Sorry to hear about Ance's son. I have not been able to find a burial site for Matthis. Hope you had a good Christmas and best wishes for a great year.
|Samantha||Clyde & Offie Angel|
OK this should get you there.
Start by going to the memorial of either Clyde or Offie.
Then go to the column on the left and click on 'Fox Cemetery on Dunigan Branch Rd' under 'Find all Angels in:'
In the list of 5 Angels, you will see 2 of the memorials have the same names and dates.
Since the originals were made in July and yours were made in December, then yours are the duplicates.
To delete the memorial, while you are logged onto the sight, you go to the memorial you made. In the upper right area of the memorial above the photos, click on [Delete]. And then 'YES, delete this record'.
Then go to the other memorial you made and delete it too.
The originals have the photos you put on them, so you won't have to do anything to them.
I hope I wrote these directions well. Let me know if I got you lost. I'll try again.
Good luck, Samantha
