You have the wrong marker picture.

My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Pictures or anything else that I can post would be absolutely awesome!
How are you related to him?
If I can share anything in return, please let me know. I do have the Table Rock Argus on my computer (1882 - 1978) and lots of stuff on the history of the town.

I see that your name is listed with the memorial of Charles Anderson Groom in Table Rock, Nebraska. Are you a relative? I am updating the list of Civil War veterans buried here, and trying to gather information about the veterans beyond their service records. If you are relative, do you have any photographs or other information you might share? I would like to add it to our Civil War Roll Call page for our historical society, and also have the information to share at a Civil War cemetery tour that we are having next month.
Thanks so much if you have anything!

Thank you for asking but Zadock and Kaziah Bliss are directly related to me to so I would rather not transfer. Please feel free to send me any information you would like to add for them.

Ruth, I don't know where the cemetery plot map would be, I never found any. The library has a book with names listed that appear to be from the stones. I had that list, but have lost my 3-ring notebook with a lot of cemetery info. :( When I first went there to find graves I went to the library, which isn't open often. They called 2 older gentlemen that just knew where people were, they showed me the ones I needed. One is gone now, I wanted to get the town records to check, but so far no luck with that. I know there are people buried there not on that list, everyone doesn't have a stone unfortunately. These are the ones that need to be recorded or they're just gone. Lot of the markers in old cemeteries are just limestone and names wore off. Luella

Ruth, Happy you were able to come to the cemetery! I have the "slab" story listed under "Unknown", there have been several stories about the person buried there, I sure would love to give them a name, seems so sad not to know who it is. It's so nice when we can add to memorials and link them to family. Luella

I am so happy we have been able to connect! Are we 2nd or 3rd cousins or not cousins at all? I think your Grandfather, Essie Garrison was my Grandmother's (Minnie Ellen R. Garrison Swope's) nephew. I will look for the picture I tam pretty sure I have of Essie and Lillian taken at my Mother's (Alene Agnes "Swope" Harris) house when they came to visit us when I was a young girl. I remember your Grandparents so well! Essie swallowed a raw egg every day and showed me how he did it! He was a great, friendly guy!
