I have added the information for Ann, to get that link added you will need to send a SAC to the creator of Thomas' memorial.
We can link children only to parents but no9t parents to children.

RE: Adam Bussert
Adam S. Bussert was born 1781 @ MD and died at Allen County, Ohio 1881. He married Hannah Smart and they had 10 children. Adam and Hannah are my husbands ggg-grandparents. I have pictures of both of them. They first settled @ Fairfield County and then purchased land at Putnam County (now Allen County), Ohio in 1833. The cabin they built was burned down in 1850-all contents lost.
The original brick house is still occupied by a ggg-grandson who has farmed the land until his retirement. He is 92 years old. The house was built about 1870.

Adam had a brother named Peter and one named Jacob.

We are told the parents might be Andreas (Andrew) Bussert and Anna Maria "Mary" Sweadner. They were married @ Frederick County, MD on June 3, 1777. I have no proof this is factual.

Thanks,

RE: Bussert/Means/Kohler
Nice to meet you!
I don't personally know the families, but I can tell you that when I was visiting Bellingham's Bayview Cemetery in November of 2008, the receptionist named Karen said she knew the Means family well. She would probably love to help you track down family members, so I suggest calling the cemetery office - if Karen is no longer working there, someone might know how to contact her. (Jessie Bussert Means must have been an aunt of yours? She had sons William Alfred Means & Harvey Edward Means who are buried at Bayview).
I also know that a granddaughter of Amy Bussert Cranfill died September 25, 2008 in Everett, Snohomish Co., WA. Her name was Ardath Lorenson. If you can get her obituary, you should be able to track down her kids Shelly & Michael (I don't know anymore than their names).
I have birth/death info for all of Amy's & Jessie's kids if you think that would help.
Happy hunting, & don't hesitate to contact me again if you have more questions.
