Recently retired. Love to fish, especially warmwater, freshwater gamefish species. Used to ice fish, but need a warmer non-summer activity. Thought Find-A-Grave might fit that opening, at least through the transition months. Both activities center around the central western portion of the Finger Lakes Region in Western New York. In 2010, caught and released a 20 1/2 inch largemouth in Honeoye, a 20 1/4 inch largemouth in Canandaigua, a 21 inch smallmouth in Keuka, a 40 1/4 inch northern in Keuka, and a 27 inch chain pickerel in Canandaigua. You've got to love the beauty of the hills, the richness of the farm lands, the water resources, and the history of the Finger Lakes and it's inhabitants.

I was sorry to hear that you went through cancer, but so glad that you are a survivor. Cancer runs on the Oughterson side of my family.
Thank you for all your hard work and contributions to Find a Grave.
Enjoy your day! Hope you catch a lot of fish.
