Been doing my husbands family tree; I was always wanting to get to wapella and take pictures of their graves and was very happy to find your entries here today, his family is Steinke, Kindlein line I have allot of info I can add to several of their graves as well as link them to spouses and parents etc. I know it would mean allot of transfers but I find for the graves I manage sometimes it is easier to transfer memorials to family then asking original person to be making changes. Thanks again, look forward to hearing from you. Perhaps these people are related to you as well if so willing to share info.

|BradW1104||Update Info re Find A Grave Memorial# 66517143|
Hi Gordon... I have two cited sources of info that can be added to the listing for Agnes Jane Batty (Maxwell/Sinclair)...

"Canada, Births and Baptisms, 1661-1959," index, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/F2JK-N5L : accessed 30 Oct 2013), William Maxwell in entry for Agnes Jane Maxwell, 17 Oct 1878.
The second is the Mount Hope Cemetery Burial Records: Accessed 2014Sep24 at
Batty, Agnes Jane (Maxwell/Sinclair)

While the Date of birth is different by a year and a day, I would defer to Oct 17, 1878 (as cited in the Ontario Birth Record).
Finally, I am including a copy of the obituary notice which reads:
"SINCLAIR - In the St. Anthony Nursing Home, Moose Jaw, on Thursday, February 1st, 1968, Jane Maxwell Sinclair in her 89th year. Widow of the late Samuel Batty, Dear mother of Marie (Mrs. C.V. I wanted to let you know that I have just finished photographing all of the headstones in the Hyas Evangelical Covenant Cemetery located south of Hyas Saskatchewan. You had added a number of burials (Nystrom, Olson, etc) to this cemetery back in 2011. I have added headstones for many of these people and thought you might be interested.

|Kim Gorius||Baptist Cemetery, Assiniboia|
Hello, I recently visited Assiniboia and surrounding area photographing headstones and related sites in conjunction with my family genealogy.
I started to add some of these photos to FindAGrave and noticed you and I are working on the same graveyard. The Baptist Cemetery is actually the Congress Baptist Cemetery located just outside of Congress. The Burgeson, Hillmer and Letnes family feature prominently in this graveyard and the affliated Baptist church still stands in Congress although I don't believe it holds services any longer.
I have set up a Cemetery on FindAGrave called the Congress Baptist Cemetery along with pictures of the gates and signs. You may want to change the graves you have listed as Baptist Cemetery to this new listing as I have their headstones photographed and would be happy to add them for you.
|Laura Melnick||Glenboro Cemetery - McCloy|
Appreciate your efforts to populate this site.
I'm researching the McCloy family and discovered the following:
Record added: Dec 07, 2010
Find A Grave Memorial# 62643783
The challenge is that the information provided doesn't seem to match the image of the gravestone.
Do you have the image that matches the information?
I would be interested in tracking down some of the records for some graves you have uploaded. I know this is probably a long shot, but do you know who I should contact to get info on St. Mary's cemetery in Estherhazy,Saskatchewan?
Thanks in advance!

|Bob Macoubrie||McCoubrey Family|
I am a member of the Macoubrie (McCoubrey) family of Spa, County Down, Ireland. The decendent that I have been able to trace back to is William McCoubrie and Avas Mackey or McKay. My gggrandfather was Arthur Elwood Macoubrie. He was the only one that came to America with the spelling of Macoubrie in the 1820's. He is shown on the 1830 U S Census in Ohio. I believe that he was related to the Macoubries that lived in County Down in and around Spa on the 1834 Tithe Applotment Books. I have no doubt that the McCoubrey, McCoubrie and the Macoubrie families were related.I believe that religion had something to do with the change of spelling of the name and the split of the family. They fought against each other in the 1798 Rebelion in County Down. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a picture of the Louden McCoubrey headstone in the Old Magheradrool Cemetery in Ballynahinch.
