Carmi & Polly Tuller
Mary,

I am putting together some family history for an old friend of mine... I believe you may know her: Susie (Tuller) Hackett. I just came across a marriage for Carmi & Polly in this publication on line: The "Old Northwest" Genealogical Quarterly, Volume 3. It can be found here:

http://books.google.com/books?id=-doyAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA190&lpg=PA190&dq=carmi+tuller+married+polly&source=bl&ots=19l5rzCkLV&sig=pDAZRDUsYd731iu1XpD4MJkjFOk&hl=en&sa=X&ei=-gNqUsGPFcXNkQem-YDgAQ&ved=0CDQQ6AEwAg#v=onepage&q=carmi%20tuller%20married%20polly&f=false

Can you verify if this is the same Carmi & Polly?
Thanks~

James FRAKES (1803-1862)
Mary:

Do you happen to know the names of James's parents? I am a descendant of Henry and Hannah FRAKES of Greene County, PA, and later Hardin County, KY, and was wondering if James could be related. Like James, my 4th great-grandfather, Alexander FRAKES, also fought in the Black Hawk War. He was a private in Capt. William McMurtry's "Volunteer Rangers" from Knox and Warren Cos., IL.

Browerville Cemetery
I visited the cemetery in 1986 and photographed and recorded the plots regarding my relatives - the Gums family. I do not know what has happened to it as I was just informed it no longer exists. Whether they moved the graves to another cemetery or just renamed it, I do not know.
