John Abee, born 1829
Hi Dorinda,
You are right that the John H. Abee who died 1913 in Burke County, NC is not YOUR John Abee
(1829-1860) (Find A Grave Memorial #146829924) who migrated to Lumpkin County, Georgia and then apparently on to Arkansas. From what I can find out, his grave in Arkansas is unmarked.
There were, of course, many John Abees. The one that stayed in Burke County, NC, son of Jacob, seemed to have left more records than John who migrated on to Georgia. I am very familiar with Magdalena Wehunt Sain (Find A Grave Memorial #140754375) who married Samuel Sain here in Lincoln County, North Carolina, before later migrating to Georgia. She was my Great-Grandfather's sister. Magdalena's brothers, Michael Wehunt & William Wehunt, the Sains, Henry Abee (apparently your John Abee's father), the Lingerfelts, and others left Burke County, North Carolina in route to Georgia around 1833. Magdalena's younger brother, John Wehunt, my Great Grandfather, was the only sibling that stayed here in North Carolina.
I am not sure if I answered your question, but I hope some of this helps.

Morrison - Green-Wood Cemetery
John W. Morrison, Staats Morrison and Susan M. Morrison are not buried in the same lot as Charles H Morrison. They are on the other side of the cemetery and all three have memorials with very clear images attached to them. Are you still interested in Charles H Morrison?

Morrison
Alfred and Miles Morrison. I don't have any information here. I would contact Connie Schwindt Rumold at cwrum91@aol.com. She is closer to this line than I. Good luck in your search.

RE: Elizabeth Hatchett
You are very welcome. There were some other Hatchett's buried near Elizabeth, but I wasn't sure if they would be of interest.

RE: Gray pic
You're welcome. The request gave us an excuse to go look for my husband's family's tombstones. So it was a win-win!
