|Family history grabbed Marcia's curiosity in the mid 1970's and has never let up. Allen got his feet wet in the 1960's by helping his parents do a family book. Any traveling usually has included stops at relatives, courthouses, historical societies, newspaper offices, and cemeteries. It has been an awsome experience to learn about the lives of these paople we didn't have the opportunity to know personally. Marcia especially has a heart for preserving the memory of children and those who died without descendants.|
There has been limited time for research as we have raised our family and in more recent years cared for our parents. This past year Marcia has taken time to add to family history files and share some with others. There is so much to do!
Families we are especially interested in include Weyer, Zimmerman, Stolz, Burns, Snow, Skeen, Simpson, and Calvird mostly in Nebraska and Missouri. Hahn, Gesell, Bossert, Brose, Loper, Brewer, Dreher, Kneale, Wickham, and Zane families are mostly in Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio. This covers both of our families.
Most memorials we have added are related in some way, although a few are dear family friends and neighbors. In many cases we have more information on our families. If you are interested, please contact us. If you have something to share, we would certainly like to hear from you. We are especially interested in adding to our family history and pictures, and as time permits, more will be added to Find A Grave memorials.

Just thought you would like to know that I added a picture of him to his memorial.
I'm not related.

I added a photo to the memorial.
Are you related to the Titus family. Lida Woods Titus was my grandfathers sister if you want any information on that family.

I thought you might be interested in these new memorials:
Rev Friedrich Jacob Theophilus Jungck / 104999177 &

From information on RootsWeb, it appears that Friedrich is related to the Jungcks in Winneshiek County, Iowa, whose memorials are managed by you.

Marcia, I understand completely and respect your wishes! You do. I was looking for a family there for someone I met through this site, so many of these little cemeteries aren't listed and folks are looking for kin. So try to add what I can. I understand how with your caring for your family we don't get as much time as we'd like for our "hobbies". Love linking families! It's like we get to know a lot of folks! If you need anything else let me know. Luella

Sorry it took so long but I have transfered the memorial over to you. Always happy to give a memorial to a family member.

You have incorrect parents for John Cobb. His parents are Samuel Cobb and Judah Peak. This ia a well-documented fact. Kathy Stephens
