 | Henry Clay Dalton Hi Esther, Henry Clay Dalton is the maternal grandfather of my great aunt Bethel Rema Fryman Dalton. In displaying his entry #64471201 it appears the dates entered are the dates for one of his children.
According to his death cert his birth date is Jan 27, 1845 and died Jan 6, 1925. If you prefer feel free to transfer his memorial to me and I will be happy to make the correction.
God Bless, Don Humphries #48047437 | | | Don Humphries

 | RE: Epperson The Mary J. Holt in my family that married John Epperson was born in about 1852. She married John Epperson in the 1880's. I have not found a death date for her.Added by jnholt on Feb 27, 2013 7:15 AM | | | jnholt
 | RE: John H. Epperson I have been researching the children of David and Ruth (Lawson) Holt. One of their daughters named Mary J. Holt married a man named John Epperson. I think he was a son of Ephraim Epperson. I was wondering if you have run accross them in any of your family research? I would like to find out what happened to them.Added by jnholt on Feb 26, 2013 10:33 PM | | | jnholt
 | John H. Epperson I noticed that your great-grandfather, John H. Epperson, is buried at Arlington National Cemetery. Do you know how many times he was married? What was the maiden name of his wife?Added by jnholt on Feb 26, 2013 1:15 PM | | | Timmy and Cindi Bouldin Tilley
 | Dalton Family Cemetery They have been mixing this cemetery and State LIne up for a very long time. You have to look at where donations go to know where they plan to bury a person. To actual know you have to go there and see which side of the church they are buried on. My mother was a Dalton and alot of the death certificates for her family incorrectly state State Line as the burial place. My wife has a cousin buried in the Dalton (George Dalton)and his wife is buried at State Line. Go figure. Timmy Tilley PS The Death date on Harry Holt is incorrect. | | | A.W.R.
 | RE: Harry Holt Due north of the State Line Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery is the Dalton Family Cemetery. Many people put down they are being buried at State Line when in fact they are being buried in the Dalton Family Cemetery. The two cemeteries are separated by the actual church. Dalton Family Cemetery is a separate property from State Line with Carroll Dalton overseeing the Dalton Cemetery and Mike Flippin overseeing the State Line Primitive Baptist Church cemetery.Added by A.W.R. on Jan 30, 2013 11:16 PM | | | A.W.R.
 | RE: Harry Holt Harry Holt was a friend of the family. I took my parents to the funeral home for his viewing. The cemetery where he will be buried next to his wife is located in the community where I was raised.Added by A.W.R. on Jan 29, 2013 11:03 PM | | | | [View all messages...] |
