My name is Cordelia Kay Conner Fischer. I was born in California March 5, 1939. My parents were Lawrence J. Conner and my mother was Agnes Symonds. My father was born in Waynesville, Polaski Co., MO and my mother Osawatomie, Miami Co., KS. My husband is Henry H. Newson Fischer and we were married in 1956 and have four children, Henry Hugh Fischer Jr., Angela Kay Duncan,Rhonda Lee Mason Harris (deceased) and Jacqueline Cordelia Gibson. I got into genealogy in 1989. i wanted to look up my many relatives in MO and KS. I found my first Patriot Thomas Yates and 2nd Patriot William Ragsdale back to the Revolutionary War and I became a member of the Katuktu Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. I am ready to submit my 3rd Patriot William Ramsey who lived to be 104 years old and died in MO. I continue to do research more often now. I am busy with being a parent, grandmother and great grandmother and do manage to play golf some. I am on different boards and committies.|

What do you know about Shubals sister Belinda/Melinda Symonds?
She was born 1792 in chenango county from one census record. Died somewhere in Summerhill Cayuga county.
I think we should compare notes.

Using the list of children on James entry matched against the cemetery census, the only one in the cemetery is Woodson. You already have a photo of his tombstone.

You are most welcome, I cleaned some moss from the inscription (common in Seattle!) before I took the picture but was careful not to cause damage. They are in a lovely location just beneath a birch tree.
