RE: Kenny & Eliza Edman Family
Hi Oaktree, (strange name!)

The photo was sent to me by a cousin of mine, Dr. Erik Paul Conard, (1936-2006) who had spent 50 years in family history research, including several families, in addition to his Armstrong family, which had moved to Coles Co, IL from the Highland Co, VA area.
At his request in 1995, I began the project of enumerating the Mt Tabor Cem, Pleasant Grove Twp, Coles Co, where his Armstrong family rest, and now sadly, so does he.

Yes, I had listed names of the family members on Kenny's photo (click on the picture to view the caption).

Yes, you may share it with anyone you choose in any manner you wish.

I'm glad you will have use for it!

I believe this is all I have. I have tried to locate more info on Mary Jane to see if she was part native American. The family story is that William was a railroad engineer and "pulled a train for the South" during the war. As you know, it is not easy going back in time to get info and so many people would have the same name.

Also, Mary Jane is supposed to be buried where Cynthia Ann is in Stigler, OK, but I have not found her grave on Find A Grave or by walking the cemetery. I do not know where William is buried.

William Cyrus Edman, B. 1830 in Ohio M. Mary Jane Boyles, B. 1841 in Miss, Wm Edman's parents born in Germany. Wm was a machinist in 1880 census in Omaha, Boone Co, AR. Mary Jane's father born in TN & mother born in SC.

Thank you so much for telling me that Daniel and Amanda had been joined together. I guess we are cousins as Amanda's daughters are my gr-aunts. Clara Davis Wilson was my grandmother.
Thank you for the contact.
