|Ron Stewart||RE: Sutphin family|
My only information on the Sutphin family is their connection to my Marshall family. Sorry I can't help here.
|Ron Stewart||Christopher Columbus Nester|
Your note to me on Christopher Columbus Nester has me confused. I cannot find him in Find A Grave twice – only once, 1878-1910. I am willing to work with you to get the correct information on Find A Grave but need more details on what you want me to change on which memorials.
|Devastated Land Owner in NEMO.||Edit Tab!|
I almost forgot that when you want to send additional info. about a memorial or to request a transfer you do the following: Go to the memorial you want to have transfered, then click on the Edit Tab, then click where it says "Send a correction or additional information". Then a box will come up where you can send a message to the creator of a memorial with either information you want them to add or to request a transfer! It also helps when requesting a transfer to state your relationship to the person whos memorial you are wanting transfered. Some contributors will transfer any memorial that is not for a relative of theirs while other contributors will only do close relatives such as your siblings, parents, grandparents or great-grandparents, children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren. I hope this helps, Marla M. from MO.
|Devastated Land Owner in NEMO.||RE: Thank you!|
I never did receive a request using the Edit Tab. It really helps if you do use it for future request as there are many contributors on Find A Grave that insist that transfer request only be done that way. It helps to read the "Help with Find A Grave" information that can be found by clicking on those words to the left side of any page on their site. It has a lot of usefull info. you might find helpful.
Do have any info. about the Eberts that you might share with me. Edna's brother, Sherman Walter Ebert, was my uncle. He married my dad's sister, Evalee Warren. Sherman died in an accident at his place of employment. He left behind a widow and four children.
More later, Marla M. from MO.
|Devastated Land Owner in NEMO.||RE: Transfer memorial|
There is no transfer tab where the Edit Tab is. You just click on the Edit Tab in the upper right hand part of Edna's memorial and send me a suggestion stating that you are requesting a transfer of that memorial. I will receive a message from Find A Grave and that way I have all the info. to make the transfer directly from the memorial for your mother-in-law. Give it one more try, Marla M. from MO.
|Devastated Land Owner in NEMO.||Edna Ellen (Ebert) Parrish.|
She is now listed in the correct cemetery: Lane Memorial Gardens, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon but now she has two memorials there. My memorial was created in April 2011 and I see yours was created in April of this year. I am hoping you will delete yours then I will be happy to transfer mine to you. I just ask that you do not delete mine and create a new one. I do have one question, since her obituary gives her four children's names as Ines, Christina, Ronald and Delores then how are you related to Edna? Is she your mother or mother-in-law? Hope to hear from you again.
|Devastated Land Owner in NEMO.||RE: Edna Ebert Lake|
I am always happy to make corrections but you did not mention what cemetery in Eugene, Oregon your mother is buried in. There are several cemeteries in Eugene, Oregon. As of now I have her listed in the Westlawn Memorial Cemetery in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. Please let me know if this is the correct cemetery. I would be happy to link her to her husband's or add anything else you might be willing to share with me. Thanks again so very much, Marla M. from MO.
Thank you for making the corrections to the Ward memorials.

|Jan B.||Lewis Ward correction|
Thank you for the correction on the memorial I posted for Lewis Ward (Charles Louis Ward). I realized at that point there was an existing memorial for him with the correct name and deleted mine. I passed on the dates you indicated to me to that contributor but she believes hers are correct. You may want to contact her with the source of your information so she will make corrections if needed.
