|Shirley H ||George Dewitt Wood|
You manage the memorial for George Dewitt Wood 118591947. I am preparing a Mayflower Society application for my niece who is his great-great-granddaughter. She is a Mayflower descendent through George's wife, Ruth Helen "Nellie" Bumpus. In the bio and burial information it mentions his death certificate which we need and can't find online. Any chance you are the one that has a copy of the death certificate and can share it with us? We have lots of documents to gather for her application, some of which she'll have to order and pay for. If you can help provide a copy of his death certificate it would be much appreciated. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Apparently there is a duplicate memorial for her, so I will be deleting mine, which is currently attached to yours. Please adjust your connection to reflect the original memorial (Addie Brummit at Memorial# 64951838).

|Barbara B||Joseph Smith Question|
I sent this e-mail to Jo Roth, but in checking further, I'm wondering if you are related to Joseph Smith. Here is the text of that e-mail:
I checked out your links, so I'm figuring that he's not a member of your tree, but I thought it was worth asking if he was. He's not in our tree either, but from the timeline I've put together, I was wondering if someone who has researched him might know the answer to our question.
We have a family member who came to Clermont County, OH, and is also in the book, "History of Clermont County..." as Joseph Smith is. In that book it states that our Thomas family came to Ohio with Joseph Smith. Searching Joseph Smith in general only brought up the Mormon Joseph Smith (wrong time frame). I'm figuring that they meant THIS Joseph Smith family. Just the little bit that's in the history book leads me to believe that the time frame is correct and the families traveled together.
Do you know anyone who is researching him, or has researched him? I was wondering if anyone knew about more specifics of the travel to Ohio. Also included in this e-mail is a cousin who is researching the same information. ANY help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time!

Scott, I have transferred your father's memorial to you. My philosophy is "No One Should Be Forgotten". It's wonderful to transfer a memorial to a family member.

My gravestone photo was taken in March 2012 which was a few months before Frances' death, so I will go back to the cemetery to get one with her DOD.

The links you requested have been done. Happy to help. There is an 'edit' tab on the memorial that allows you to add or correct information. It is much easier for the recipient to do when requested in that way.
Thought you would like to know.

You're quite wwelcome. Glad I could be of service to you.
|respects life||add that to your requests|
ok, I will try to swing by there when I get some time off work. I was just there yesterday :D in the meantime, I would go back to the requests and maybe add that info in the tab. It may let some one else get there before I can. many of the names at GH are not picked because it is a huge place and unless you have the area, it is impossible to locate.
|respects life||need more information|
do you have the section of glen haven cemetery your requests are buried in ? The office will not supply this to anyone who is not related to the deceased.
