It says Gone to Soon on the bottom of the stone. I was at the Cemetery today and took a new photo of the stone. I cleaned it up and put some chalk on it to highlight it's features. I posted it on Find a Grave. Ron.

Coopers
I have many Cooper's from Prater and will download them today. While I take photo request I try to take any others around with the same last name. Some of the older stones are hard to read so I will have to look at cemetery records to figure out by dates who they are. I could read the last name Cooper so photographed them.

RE: Sherman Cooper
Thank you for the message. These are usually military tombstones with no dates. However, I did a little digging and found that he is in the Jasper Co., IN death records. I have added more to his gravesite. The birth date is just what I found on ancestry, so I am not sure of that.

Hi Patti, I noticed the photo you submitted to Harrison Cooper's gravesite. Do you have the whole photo? Is the woman beside him his wife Margaret Ellen Stephenson? If so, I would like a copy or a jpeg email if possible. I have very little in the way of photos unfortunately. I know there are photos of my Grt Grandfather, Robert Stephenson, but the only one I know of can't find his.

Thanks for sharing the photo you have on Harrison. You can reach me at nguenther@cox.net

Your Suggestions Received
Hello and Welcome to Find A Grave!

Thank you for the suggestions of information. I have included the information in the bio. of the memorial that I have contributed to Find A Grave in memory of this Civil War Soldier.

Since you are new to Findagrave, I do not know if you are aware or not, but the children's pages and spouse can be linked to my page. If these children and spouse do not as yet have pages entered to Find A Grave you can have fun with finding and entering yourself. Then the children can be linked to thier Father (my page) and thier Mother's Page, by just copy and paste the Father's memorial page number into the Family link section of the child's page or spouse. Then be sure and hit SAVE. If a page was entered for the spouse I could also link the spouse to my page as being my page by using the same method.

If I am telling you something you already know, then please disregard or if you should not have an interest as desiring to find and enter pages or links then if you would like.. get back with me and perhaps I can give it a try.

Thanks again and enjoy Find A Grave.
Autumn
