Born Oct. 29, 1954, I moved with my family from Fort Wayne IN to Greeneville TN and was graduated from Greeneville High School in 1972. Obtained B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Tennessee and have been an attorney since 1984. |
As a church organist I've performed at many services, including weddings and funerals. With a large family of Aunts and Uncles, there were many childhood trips for funerals to feed my fascination with cemeteries and burial records.
I was glad to see this site include the non-famous, as newspaper websites' archives are limited.
It's doubtful I will ever add thousands of memorials here. Instead, I will limit my postings to people I know and provide thorough information as much as possible.

Please use the edit tab on the memorial next time. It takes more time to do it this way and I manage about 23,000 memorials.

Kevin Smith (Find A Grave Memorial# 100473795) was born February 2, 1954 in Greeneville, TN. I'd appreciate it if you would add his birth date to his record.

James....after reading my response I noticed it left off your first name.....sorry about that!

Brent, I'm thrilled to have received your message! Thank you so much for allowing me to add those pieces to my cousin and aunts memorial pages! I called my mother (Mary Anna) and shared with her right away. She is delighted and thankful for your response.
The history you shared with us is amazing! Makes the term "it's a small world" relatable. Thank you again for that!
I have 2 beautiful pieces of pottery from my Aunt B. I cherish them and think about her and Ben often. Because I live in Arizona, I did not have the opportunity to spend much time with my family in Tn. Mom and I talk about taking a trip to visit as she is getting up in age and that window gets smaller as the years get away from us.
I love that you mentioned Anne, Judy and Larry. Judy and I are the same age and we also keep in touch via Facebook. My mom was wondering if you knew my Grandmother (Martha Birdwell) as well? What a wonderful lady she was....we miss her terribly. I would love as much information as you can give!
I will look you up on Facebook! Thank you again and again for creating these two important memorial pages for our family and for responding to my request....Patricia Randall
|Suz Lew||Harold Lester Javins|
It appears that the system made a hiccup and there are three memorials you created for Harold Lester Javins.
The memorial numbers are 74258856, 74258842, 74258836.
Technically, the smallest number is the one you keep and the higher numbers are deleted, except in this case the higher number # 74258856, has the obituary on it. Could you delete # 74258842
and # 74258836.
Then add his parents link
Father: Tobias Javins, Find A Grave # 23237368
Mother: Jessie Javins, Find A Grave # 23237361
It would be very much appreciated.

Hi, Could you correct the typo for plot information. You have Section 5. It should be Section S. Thanks.
|Mona Thacker||RE: Meadow Creek Church Cemetery|
Thank you so much for your help and I will check all the other out and get back with you.
