RE: Betty Simonoff
I am so sorry. It is very sad. I wish it was different. I think at least the city could put names.

Betty Simonoff
Hi,
Potter's Field on Hart Island is inaccessible to the public and the people there were buried in mass graves with no stones. The only thing that shows on the data base is where she died:

SIMONOFF BETTY
Age 90
Date of Death 09/27/1987
Place of death: DAUGHTERS OF JACOB

RE: Burt Family - Warwick, RI
Joni - so sorry for being so late in responding! Your directions were very good. I regret I don't live in the area -- I was up there for just a couple of days to promote a fellow officer in the Navy. Whenever I travel, I try to check find-a-grave to see if there are any requests I can fulfill in the area -- thus I found yours. I don't know if I've uploaded all the photos I took that day, but I will check. Also - once I found the graves, it started to pour down rain. As I sat there and waited for the clearing, a double rainbow appeared -- I took a pic of that too -- kind of made me feel like God was pleased with my mission that day! All the best! -leslie

Burt Family - Warwick, RI
Greetings! I took several photos on your request list while I was visiting RI - (the 3 I didn't were 'claimed' by someone else). The photos should help with some of the dates. There were two additional stones within the Burt Family Plot that I also photographed and added to Find a Grave, so be sure to check all Burts within Lincoln Park Cemetery when you are on that site. -leslie
