|Terry Crandall||RE: Crandall|
Dennis; My branch of the Crandall tree are from Elder John Crandall, and his father James Crandall who came to the New World in 1634-5. Elder john Crandall is a co-founder of Westerly Rhode Island. My ancestors were in Hopkinton Rhode Island, until 1840. That is when William Clark Crandall made the trip from Rhode Island to Rollin Center, Michigan. His son Charles B Crandell was the first of my ancestors born in Michigan, in 1840. Charles was a Civil war veteran, who was shot in both legs and captured in the Battle at Chickamauga, between Atlanta and Chattanooga Tenn. He was released at the end of the war, and to my surprize had both legs. He was a grocery Store Owner in Hudson, Michigan and later in Adrian, Michigan. He had three sons and four daughters. Arthur Crandell, his son was my Great grandfather had a son Ehrl Reed Crandall, my grandfather. My father was Ehrl's and Isabelle (Merrifield) third son. His name is Lawrence Bertie Crandall. Love to talk about the family history, now that I have a good idea what it is. Thanks for asking and hope I didn't bore you with all the details. Have a good day , Your truly Terry Crandall.

|Mary E. Warner||Martha Ester (Warner) Shellito|
If Martha is your great-aunt, why don't you find Shellito Reunion on Facebook and ask to join? You will find many Shellito cousins there, if you are actually related to her husband, Marvin Shellito. If you are related to the Warner side, let me know, and I will include you in the FB Warner group.

I added the information and made a change.
Do you happen to know anything about their daughter Rachel Warner Lummert (____ - 1982)?
Always, information is happily received.

Sorry to be so long getting back to this memorial. I just plain forgot. I am in no way related to the Tottens, and it sounds like you are! I fixed the wrong name, and am transferring the memorial to you so you can fix it up.
I have added the info you sent.

Hi, My husbands grandmother was Myrtie Kitchen Bradfield, Rosier, Hoffmeyer. So you and my husband are related. Myrtie outlived all 3 of her husbands. She and her brother, Bertie, are buried in Maple Grove-Mason, Michigan. I cannot find Alonzo's date of death or his grave. I know he was living with Myrtie and her second husband Darius Rosier in Lansing, Michigan in 1930. I suspect he died between 1930-1940. Are you on Ancestry.com? My tree is there with all the info I have found so far. Myrtie was a wonderful woman and I did not know Bert very well but I liked him. I will give you any info that I have and I would love to know what you have. This coming summer my husband and I are traveling to Michigan to try and find some of this info; we live in MN now. My e-mail is KATMARBRA@bevcomm.net. Kathy Bradfield

I finally got around to linking up the Jones family members that I could. I don't own Martin's memorial, so couldn't add links there. I also added the info you sent to Alva's memorial as a bio entry.
