Thomas J Donahue relatives
Hi Dave,

Thomas J. Donahue was my great grandfather. Him and Mary Aloysius McAuiliffe had 4+ children, John Carroll was my father's father. My father, Thomas Carroll, is 87 yrs. old, still living and had 9 children.

I am traveling to Ireland next week and have been trying to find out where Thomas Joseph Donahue's parents came from in Ireland. From US census and other records I've been researching, Thomas Donahue was born in 1831 in Ireland and married Elizabeth ??, born 1833 in Ireland. Apparently, he immigrated to US in 1833 but I have not found out any more info. than that. ANY help would be most appreciated if you or someone else knows anything about him or his wife.

Thank you,

Debbie Donahue - Andreacci

Dave, Do you have any other information on this person. Her maiden name was Delaney and her first husband's last name was Alband. She is the grandmother of my Aunt, who married into our Crouse family, Thought maybe you are related to us.

This subject person you claim to have in Pleasant View Cemetery, does not have an interment in Pleasant View Cemetery.

First off,
- I have creatively photographed EVERY Grave Stone in PVC, and many of the surrounding Cemeteries.
- But you don't care, just so you can grab the attention, when you should be grabbing both correctness and completeness first. You just throw the dead helter-skelter, leaving the easy part for you, and leaving a terrible mess like you did with me.
- I do this for posterity.

- You don't even have time to bother with correctness and completeness, you just throw interments around as YOU see fit; and made up by you, so everyone else has to "prove to YOUR satisfaction" that you placed graves with the best of intentions.

Now, if you don't know who you are putting into a cemetery, please don't drop them in until you KNOW POSITIVELY that that person is actually in that Cemetery.

Hugh Donnell Barnette

I have sent these pieces of information on the interment:

Date when Record added: Oct 17, 2010
Find A Grave Memorial: #60236453

I've also provided an image of the headstone.

Pleasant View Cemetery

Dave,

I overlooked your entry for Hugh "Darnell" Barnett (should be "Donnell") This was your duplication of my entry from 2010, so please also remove this from your Pleasant View Cemetery list.

Thanks, Robel

Pleasant View Cem in Lee County
Dave,

I've singled out the 6 remaining interments that you mistakenly added in. First off, I would like to say that I've been to Pleasant View Cemetery many times in the last few years, so I KNOW who is there and who isn't. Have you been to Pleasant View at all; because you haven't taken any photos.

These are the six people that you mistakenly put in PLEASANT VIEW CEMETERY:

1) Hugh Darnell Barnett d:1933;
2) Allen Bledsoe d:1942;
3) Evelyn Jane Osborne Evans d:2012
4) Charlotta Bledsoe Fleenor d:1998
5) Nannie Johnson d:1999
6) Carl Ralph Osborne d:2011

The six above are likely to be duplicates from "Robinette Flag Pond Cemetery". Always conduct a search before slamming Cemeteries with your duplicate erroneous interments.

hobbs cemetery at lee county, va
I was wondering if you have ever been to this cemetery and if the headstones are legible. Also i understand this cemetery was re-located acct. of a highway. Is this where it was re-located, or was it moved from here, or do you even know.
