|William Davis SATX||Picture ID?|
Hi. My name is Bill and I also have Hopkins family members in my family tree. My grandmother was Anna Hopkins Clingerman, I had two unclues names oscar Hopkins and a Great Grandfather named oscar Hopkins. All from Indiana. Can you ID the three men in the picture you posted on Find a Grave? I'm trying to find out as much information as i can. Thanks.
I noticed that you are putting chalk on stones. I am not trying to be nasty, just asking that you please stop, it damages the stones and goes against Find A Grave rules. Please see FAQs:
Reporting chalking: Existing chalked headstone photos can remain UNLESS there is an already existing non-chalked photo OR until a new non-chalked photo is posted.
Also, if the chalked photos appear on memorials that YOU have created and maintain, then you can ask to have them removed if you object to them, at which time they will be deleted. In such a case, report the photos to email@example.com. Use the same email address to report members who are continually posting chalked headstones photos. [Top]

|BeccaBurton||Susannah Markley Brumbaugh 39427745|
Laurie Lea, I just wanted you to know I checked with Stark County, Ohio library genealogy department and found confirmation that Susannah Markley Brumbaugh had divorced her husband John Brumbaugh in 1845 for "cohabitation with a Rebecca Spidle" Information from the Stark County, Ohio Common Pleas Journal Vol. P pg 469 + 470 and in Ohio, Stark County Court Records, 1809-1917 Stark County Common Pleas records 1844-1845 vol W. At Gaerty Cemetery I was able to located the stone that you photographed but it wasn't in the place it would have originally occupied and the stone was difficult to read however your photograph made the "wife of John Brumbaugh" shows up well it definatly doesn't say "HAIMBAUGH" as it was listed. Yes, I think you solved the mystery of where Susannah Markley Brumbaugh was buried. Thanks again.

Laurie, I saw the photo you added for Susanna Markley Brumbaugh. The date of birth does match with records. My question is whether the photo was taken at Gaerte Cemetery as it appears? John Brumbagh married a second time on Sept. 29, 1850 to Rebecca Fryberger. It was said that he and Susannah had divorced but I have never found conformation on this. With 3 daughters buried in the Gaerte Cemetery it would seem very possible that this is where she had been buried. Thanks.

|Jerri Russell||Jackie Ankrom, Sr. and Jr.|
Hi Laurie Lea, I am interested in your postings of Jackie Ankrom, Sr. and Jr. because Jackie, Sr. was my birth-father. I never connected with him (my search ended here) but I would be interested to know about half-siblings, aunts, uncles, etc. Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Jerri
Thank you so much for posting the headstone picture of Dean and Betty Hamilton from Akron cemetery. They were my in-laws. I haven't made the trip back yet to get a picture. Thanks! Jackie
