I live in Austin, TX but moved here as a baby so I have no relatives buried in the Central Texas area (except for a few GAULTs). This is why FindAGrave is such a goldmine for me. I love genealogy and I've loved cemeteries even longer.|
I've added some in-laws' memorials and I'm more than happy to transfer to relatives. Just send me a request thru the "edit" tab with a short explanation. My Virtual Cemeteries are blood relatives only.

|TNB||RE: Thomas William JEFFRYES|
I found his grave under the name of Thomas W. Jeffreys (note surname spelling). I did not ask the memorial creator where she got the info from but I believe it's genuine because she added the burial plot location to the webpage. I requested a photo thru findagrave so hopefully someone close enough to the site will take the opportunity to photograph the grave whether or not a stone exists.
Funny that you should have the surname Brown as well. My name is Thomas N. Brown but my Browns came from Scioto County, Ohio where they lived in 1834. Can't find them any earlier than that date. Nevertheless, I'm glad that we descend from Thomas Jeffryes of Gosport, England. Have you done much English research? There are several Thomas Jeffryes that were married to Mary Ann in London and it's hard to tell which children were born to Thomas Jeffryes and Mary Ann O'Keefe. I can find Thomas W's christening record but nothing on my Frederick Voltare. Makes me wonder if they left the Church of England sometime in the 1820's.
I sensed that Thomas W. was divorced but could never find the legal documents. Would be interested in seeing them if they do exist.

I have moved the picture to the correct memorial as you requested. Sorry for the error in the first place. I should have caught that.

Thanks for the message on ancestry.com, it solved a family mystery, and helped me to complete the McKown side of my family tree. Now I know why my grandmother had the Tuttle Coat of Arms and stories of the Rev. War connection.

I noted that you have a request in for a picture of Forrest Wiggins at Earlham Cem. in Richmond, IN. I have a picture of a stone for an F. B. Wiggins died in July 1847, who is in the section you list, but he was an infant less than two years old. Do you think this is the picture you want? If so, let me know and I'll post it.

I saw that you had a message from Mary Bob McClain, she helped me out a lot in Tennessee also.
