Charter & founding member of the Dead Friends Society.|
Genealogy have been in my blood since 1973, cemeteries even longer.
I don't collect memorials, 99% of those I've listed are kinfolk. If you are closer related than I, I will likely transfer them to you.
Please don't complain about the rubbings. All images thus so were shot years ago. I no longer use the practice. :)
My favorite verse.
"Behold my friend as you pass by,
as you are now, so once was I.
As I am now, so you must be,
prepare for death and follow me."

Hi Mike: I came across your posting for Memorial #73079929 Nellie I. Ferguson HAPPY and noticed you have her buried in the Happy Family Cemetery. And you state "this was a very small private cemetery located behind a residence on W. Broadway. By 1975 only pieces of one stone was left." Can you tell me more about this private cemetery? Nellie married George Washington HAPPY and they are in my tree but not my direct line; however, I would like to know more about that particular cemetery, if, you have further information. How are you related to the Happys?
Thank you so very much!! Shirley :)

You had a picture of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Trigg Co., KY. I would love to download it to my computer for our scrapbook. It is on the Mt. Zion Findagrave site.

Just wanted to tell you how much I like the photo of the church you have on here. In June 2013, a storm took the chimney off and we decided not to replace it. Sure looks different now. Also this is one of the few pictures I have seen made from the left side of the church. Most people make it from the front. Thanks so much for this. Will it be ok with you if I use this photo for our church history?

I'm so glad you found the photo. The story about him is so tragic. Did it ever get resolved?
|Cheryl Northrup||Milton Smith Wyman|
Yes, M.S. Wyman was my 3rd great grandfather, and Thomas Dick was my second great grand uncle. Are you related?

Me too! Who would've thunk it right??? Hahahaha. How have you been cuz??? I've been meeting new family members left and right in the Larkins/Hollowell branch!
If you have information about Raymond I would appreciate it. Cundiff is my mother's maiden name and in my years of research I have found that most Cundiffs are related. In my database I have a George M. Cundiff married to a Rebecca Hood. My Cundiffs ended up in Ky and West Virgina but originally settled in Va. Hoping there is a connection.

Hahaha. That's the why we are family!
