Wilhelmina Ruysenaars I came across her obit on line today from the Tyler County Booster Obits, dated March 2010, and wondered if you wanted to put it on her memorial page, as it is very interseting. It is pretty long, so if you want it, I can copy it, and send it to you.
Care for Transfers? Accepting edits & happy to do so for the Busch family memorials. Just say the word if you care for transfers of any/all memorials I happen to have created for them. They are buried in my hometown, but not related.
RE: Caroline Rachel Clark Kilpatrick I'm always happy for family to wind up with family on findagrave. I wish you both much luck on your ancestor hunt! A photo of the Kilpatrick plot is on the other Kilpatrick memorials, that is where Caroline is buried, according to her burial card filed with the city (they manage Oakland). I'll put her in my look up notebook for the library and if I run across anything about her, I will let you know, Mark.
Caroline Clark Kilpatrick Hi, Mark...I've transferred mgt. of this memorial to you. I cannot wait to see what you add! I checked her burial card and there is no other info than is already on her memorial. She is in an unmarked grave in the Kilpatrick plot at Oakland. I'm in Oakland at least once a month, so if there's anything you need me to check out, please let me know!
Drane Cemeteries Long/Lat I added the long/lat to "Drane Family Cemetery #2". I'm not able to add the long/lat to "Drane Family Cemetery", so I sent an email to the F-A-G admins to get that done.
I must confess to having looked for the "Drane Family Cemetery #2" for quite a while using Google Maps and Google Earth. It just seemed like it had to be in there somewhere near those homes... but I couldn't see it directly, and I couldn't match up any landmarks in the picture with any confidence.
I will try to get by there someday soon the next time I'm in that area. Do the folks that live nearby mind a few strangers looking at that graveyard?
RE: Drane Family Cemetery #2 Unfortunately, I don't have the long/lat for that cemetery. The location is from USGenWeb. If/when anyone can give me long/lat, I'll be more than happy to add that data.
I tried to use Google Earth to searth the area described (because it shows long/lat), but I couldn't find the cemetery. They don't use high resolution in rural areas.
If I recall correctly, the fellow that has taken some pics there is pretty responsive. Perhaps he can tell us exactly where it is, relative to the homes/trees/roads/etc. in the area. Or better yet, maybe he can create custom Google map with a pointer to the exact location of the cemetery.
