David Pressel
RE: Pressel

I want to thank you for the work you have done, as through your efforts, I was able to locate some of my distant relatives, including my great great grandfather buried at the Pressel cemetery in Blair County. There are a few others there that also in my family tree.

However, I am stopping point for the Pressel name, as my last clue for that name stopped at that cemetery. There is Sarah Bennett buried there that I suspect was married to a Pressel, but I am not sure to who as later census tie her to the Pressel family.

And I have not been able to find out anything about how the Pressel's ended up in Blair County or where they came from.

Thanks again for all the work you have done.

The Pressel famlies

Are you a distant relative of any Pressel's, I am asking, as many of the Pressel's have you listed. Many of those are family members of my grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather.

#59478348 - John Numer
Thank you so much for posting the article about the family fortune to John Numer's memorial. This was my husband's 4th-Great Grandfather. My husband and I don't know much about his family's history, but I have been researching all I can find online. We recently visited the Goodman Cemetery and I photographed and added memorials for family members that were not on findagrave. I have been trying to connect all of the Numer memorials together and suggesting updates/corrections where needed. Any additional information you might have on the Numer family would be greatly appreciated.
