It appears that the Death Certificate name of Humphrey is wrong and you are correct with mother's surname of Humphries.
Garline Humphries b. 1879 in Bradleyton, Crenshaw, Alabama and died 5 January 1952 in Leesburg, Lee, Georgia.
She married first William Madison White 5 July 1896 in Saville, Crenshaw, Alabama.
She married second James E. Sullivan 31 July 1898 in Crenshaw, Alabama

were you logged in before you wen to the page? It says it is maintained by you so you should be able to make changes to it as long as you are logged in. Try logging in and then going to the page.

Below is a simplier version of the same info previously sent.
Step 1- write the memorial numbers for father (Dan which is 24399319), mother (Lizzie which is 24399661)
Step 2-Go to Leila's memorial maintained by you and original by Frances Frost.
Step 3-Click Family Link
Step 4-Fill in the blanks-make sure you check the name listed after you type in the number.
Step 5-Return to Leila's page. Her parents should now display on her page. Click on either parent's name to connect their individual memorial.
Let me know.

Yes, you are a cousin to my husband Gene Annis. It's always good to find relatives.
The children of a person are added on the child's memorial by clicking on FAMILY LINK. It is necessary to have the memorial number for each parent and spouse before you click on the FAMILY LINK. After you click on the Family Link a screen will appear with a blank box before father, mother, and spouse. Click on the blank before father and add the memorial for father of the child. The father's name will appear to the right of the word 'father'. If the name is not correct, check your typing to make sure you have entered the correct number for the fathers memorial. If you have entered the numbers correctly as you had copied, check back on the father's memorial to verify that you copied the numbers correctly. Mistakes are easy to make and correct. If you entered the incorrect numbers, just delete the numbers and re-enter the numbers.
Use the same steps for adding the mother and spouse.
As you add the links, the individuals will automatically be posted to each the memorial page for the father, mother, spouse.
Remember: Always check to make sure a memorial for a person does not already exist before you create one. Memorials for one of your family members may have already been created by another person. If a memorial has been created by another, the creator most often will transfer the memorial to you if you request a transfer.
One of the great things about Find A Grave is that many people visit cemeteries with the purpose of collecting and posting cemetery records. The same is true for headstone photos. Often those who create the memorials and photos are not related at all. It is just their hobby or another method of preserving history. But, we all share in honoring our ancestors.
Try the above steps, and I hope you have success. I do understand your frustration, but we learn by doing. You get the hang of it.
Let me know if my instructions are not clear.
Keep in touch,

You use the same steps to add info to a memorial as you do to edit a memorial you create.
Edit name to change name. [upper right of page]
Edit Date to change dates. [right side]
Edit Bio to add biographical info. [Left side]
Family Link will only link PARENTS and SPOUSE [left]
When you create a memorial or maintain a memorial, that person is listed as a child on their parents memorial when you add the parent through the Family Link.
Try this. Click on any one of the EDIT choices, and try to type something. Most of the screens do not change in appearance, but data input is allowed.
Edit Bio will display a blank screen available for typing. Family Link will display the a screen which allows you to enter the memorial number for father, mother, spouse, or spouses. Children can not be linked by Family Link. You will need to go to the child's page and link the parents.
I have not had any problems entering info with memorials which have been transferred to me. Sometimes it just takes a little time to get comfortable with the process used bu Find A Grave.
Please use my e-mail for faster answers, and contact me if you have problems implementing the above instructions. I will be glad to help; just ask me the question and I'll to best of my knowledge.
Thanks for trying to make this work,

Most links done...can't link grandchildren directly, but can link the grandchild to one of their parents who is the son or daughter of the grandparent...
