Rasch Info in Wisconsin
I'm researching the Rasch family in the Kenosha and Racine Counties of Wisconsin. I noted that you had supplemented some of the memorials with information. I'm related to the Rasch family as my ggg Grandmother was a Rasch plus my great Grandfather's sister married a Rasch. I'm specifically trying to learn more how Marie Friedericke Dorothee Rasch born 1812 and died 1861 fits in to things. Her memorial number is 48575283. Thanks for any help! Becky Martin #47418636

Thank You
Jan, I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the wonderful job you did in putting all the memorials in for Random Lake Union cemetery. I have just completed taking all the pictures and added them to your memorials. You made it very easy for me to do this. I really enjoyed doing it.

Now I need your help on one more thing. Could you please accept the edits I have sent for these memorials at Random Lake Union.

Once again Thank You and God Bless You

RE: Additional Info
Wow. It never occurred to me that you lived in Bellevue. Who knows, we might be neighbors. Wouldn't that be a hoot?

My focus has been to make sure that memorials are created and photographed before they are lost. I've finished photographing Cedar Lawns, Redmond and most of Sunset Hills. The only part I have left is the mausoleum. It's started, but not yet finished. I'm pretty sure that I'll finish it this winter.

Then I have to decide where to go next. I'm torn between Mount Olivet and Greenwood because they always seem to have a lot of requests for photos and the cemetery office apparently doesn't welcome us FAGers.

I might also finish Kirkland. I've done parts and could probably finish it in a week or less.

Sorry to ramble so much. I'd love to continue to update my memorials with whatever information you can ferret in your research.

Thanks again and have fun researching.

Thanks for translating the Voss tombstone. Very interesting about your Grandmothers and Parents who could speak German and the work you did with the German language. And now it is helpful reading German tombstones. Knowledge is a funny thing, you never know when you're going to need it. Thanks, Cindy

Jan, Thank you for all your hard work. I am most pleased at your conclusion. It is a big puzzle at times and other times it is as clear as a bell. I applaud all the investigating you do. I know I enjoy find-a-grave especially in the winter. You do wonderful work! Thanks, Cindy
