Do It Now
I expect to pass through this world
but once.
Any good thing, therefore, that I can do
or any kindness that I can show
to any fellow human being
let me do it now.
Let me not defer nor neglect it,
for I shall not pass this way again.

Becky:

Had wanted to avoid public but can't seem to come up with an email address.

There seems to be some confusion in the family.
This child died in 1891, not 1915 as the memorial in Union.

Also on your photo request you may not get any worthwhile info.from in. In the early 1990's, the state did a comprehensive inventory of the cemeteries and this grave is listed as unmarked.

James may (1891) child was originally buried in St James per church records and while he
may have been moved, cannot find any paperwork on the move. State has annotation of the marker in Union ad being buried in Bernon (St James)

I have worked with several Farrar family members over the years, even one who has the original plot deed for those that were in St. James cemetery and a plot map which she was kind enough to send a copy to me. I was told by her and another to hold on to the family so I will.

Any updates you would like to add can be done by using the SAC feature and I will update. It is not necessary to manage every relative in the family tree.

As a note - flowers are no to be added with comments in them that should be reported through a SAC. The memorial already had the comment about the move and did not need to be repeated.

Minnie Belle (Farrar) Willoughby
Her second husband, Obediah Watson Zellner, was my great-great grandfather.
Her daughter with him, originally known as Faye Zellner and later known as Mary Elizabeth Willoughby, was my great aunt. I would like to make contact with her children or grandchildren if any of them are still living. Do you know any of them?

Clinton Slayton
Farrars in Lexington Cemetery
The best person to contact about a surname project for Lexington Cemetery is member M. R. Mahan. I became frustrated with the inaccuracy of the locations provided by the cemetery. Some on the online locations are totally wrong. This requires a visit to the office for each request. The office is cooperative, but I just do not have the time for a family that is outside my focus of research. If you can find one of them marrying a Slaton or Slatton you will get my interest, but I do not know of any. Good luck!

I will be flying down October 24th and returning October 29th. If the headstone is still there and legible, I will get you a photo.
