Bio and Links
I live in the Kansas City area. I have been researching my family since 1975.

I am very happy to do volunteer photos. Please feel free to use the volunteer pictures for whatever purpose you need.

If you see anyone on my list who is your relative, but not mine, I'd be glad to transfer the file to you. If we discover we are related I'd be glad to share more information.

I have no other information on this family other than what is on the tombstone. I just take photos and post hoping they will find their relatives. Sorry I can't help.

RE: Taylors
You are most welcome. It's great to get the memorials handed off to family who will keep them linked and updated. I appreciate when people transfer my family to me, too.

RE: Taylors
My connection keeps dropping. :) I will get the others transferred between drops.

JanisCJ, wishing they would get this fixed since it's been happening for about 3 weeks

Taylors in Fredericktown, OH
Hi,
I tried to transfer using the member number in the e-mail, but that isn't a recognized number. I'm guessing that's a cut-and-paste glitch of a memorial number. Is it ok to use the number on your profile page here?

Thanks,
JanisCJ

RE: Zurviah Spicer Patrick
Just related through marriage. Zurviah's brother Zepheniah Jr was the maternal grandfather of my gg uncle's wife.

The younger Zepheniah (one of the first settlers of Shipton, Quebec) had a daughter Lucinda who married François Gouin; their daughter Jessie married my gg Uncle William Scott Miller II.

Over the years the Gouins, Spicers and Millers spent alot of time together, travelling out west for family visits and many are buried at St. Anne's Anglican Cemetery, Richmond, Quebec, as well as Drummondville.

The unusual names sort of popped out on Ancestry - I love seeing how our family evolved, as well as the countries themselves.

Emiline P. Nelson Asbury
I am intrigued by your photo of Emiline's gravestone. Are you related to her? I believe I am. I believe she is my 2X great-grandmother. I believe she was married to William Crowley.
I thought her maiden name was Lile, then she married William Crowley and in her later years married Stephen Asbury.

I am really confused by "Nelson." Was that her maiden name? Then where did the Lile come from?
Hey! I grew up in Kansas City. My Grandmother Crowley lived in Excelsior Springs, where Em was laid to rest.

Are you on Ancestry?

Love to hear from you!
