Hi, again. The last name is SAXON, not Saxson. Despite the misspelling, the memorial number took me to his grave in Fort Rosecrans. OK, I only put an entrance photo on the site (done automatically by the Findagrave computer), and I am not related to him. I understand you have Benson's in your family tree, but it is unlikely we are related, as New York state in 1790 (the first census) shows that over 300 Benson families existed in that state. My ancestry comes from Delaware, so it is unlikely we are related, except (perhaps) as very distant cousins. Sorry I could not be of more help.
