|Deanna Rodecki||Thomas England 1835 -1906|
Thomas England was my great-great grandfather. I just posted to W.M. England's memorial page. William was buried in Greasy Hollow Cemetery, Speedwell, Claiborne County, Tennessee. If you are into genealogy like I am, then you probably already know that. I am just wondering how we make connections to other families on memorials that are managed by other people. Here is the message:
William Anderson England was born to Thomas England and Rachel Jane Ferguson (or Furgeson) on May 20,1870. He died on May 9,1933. On July14,1894, he married Susan Adeline Cox, November 4,1870 - January 29, 1951. The children of William and Susan were: Levi Austin, Thomas Milton, Luster Viola, Mary Elizabeth- nicknamed Matt, Charles Otis-nicknamed Ott, Eva Leona, Chester Leander, Martha Cordelia, and Mossie Ann. William Anderson England was my great grandfather. My grandmother, William's daughter, my favorite person in the whole world, was Eva Leona England Bennett. She was born on August 28, 1904, and died on November 21,1986, in South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. She and my grandfather Alfred Bennett, are buried in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, (formerly Roselawn Cemetery) in Middlesboro, Bell County, Kentucky.
Wayne, my name is Deanna Lynn, and I was born to Eva's son Walter Donald "Don" Bennett in 1965. He was born on July 4, 1940 and died on June 1,2011. He is buried in Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka, St. Joseph, Indiana. My Aunt Charlotte told me that she contacted you. I am very interested in genealogy, I have a huge family tree chart, copies of many documents, and I would be willing to collaborate with anyone who is interested. Please email me firstname.lastname@example.org. I would love to hear from you.
Who are your parents? Are we related?
|Dennis Holland||RE: Ezekiel Ellison England|
Thanks so much for reaching out. I have seen other researchers say his parents were Wesley M and Sarah. However, I have not seen any proof. After extensive research of my own, I have come to the conclusion that his parents were most likely Ezekiel England born about 1794 Buncombe Co NC and Frances Moody. I would love to discuss this further if you are interested. I can send you all of the sources of information that lead me to believe this is the case. My personal e-mail address is email@example.com.
Thanks for posting the pic of Etter's headstone.

Thanks so much for taking the photo of your niece's headstone for me. I'm sorry she passed so young. Would you by chance wish to maintain her memorial?

I've worked you into my tree and discover that you and I are fifth cousins 1x removed. How about that!

Thanks for that. I don't live in the area, but it seems as though those small cemeteries are a bit confusing here at Find A Grave.

I do not know for sure. However, I transferred them to you. If I find any other England's while out, I will let you know.
