Mary Eulilian Johnson Memorial
Since we are cousins, I was just looking thru your memorials to see who you have created. I was so happy to see a picture of Mary Eulilian Johnson. I saw her gravestone on a visit to the Sylvan Cemetery. I am always sad to see the grave of someone who died young. I would love to know her story. Her grave is only a few steps away from the grave of my grandmother's 2 brothers who died as babies.
You have Mary Eulilian's memorial linked to the wrong mother. Her mother was Mary Jane Johns, sister of Emmaline Johns. Mary Jane died a little over a month after Mary Eulilian was born. She is buried in the Johnson cemetery in Lebanon. Her memorial number is 19968716. William married Emmaline the same year in Wilson Co TN before moving to Texas.

RE: source of obit for Elmer Otis Johnson
Just saw your message from January of this year. I don't know if I have already responded. If not, Yes the newspaper article was in a scrapbook my grandmother had. Your grandfather and her father (Rollie Newman Johnson) were 1st cousins.

RE: Obit ref for James William Johnson
I did not keep the original copy, but you can access the obit through the Dallas Morning News archives for a fee.
