When I found Find a Grave and realized that a lot of my people were not listed and/or there weren't pictures of their head stones, I wanted to be a contributor. I have a box of funeral memorials left to me by my mother that I hope to check out and list those that are not listed.|

So sorry it has taken me this long to respond, I don't go to Find a Grave very often.
I appreciate your efforts on behalf of your classmates that have gone onto glory.
It made me smile when you said it was easy to like my momma, yes, she was a lot of fun.
Also, you said it snowed a little on the day of her funeral, I too remember that, I think that was the worst part..I remember hating to leave her little body in the cold ground, which is crazy I know, because she wasn't there, she was in Heaven with Jesus, but I hated that none the less....Only later could I see that maybe the angels were crying too, and it was so cold their tears became snow.
We all miss her still very much, I now am a Grandmother of a 4 year old grandson whom she never met, and will have another grandchild in April. My twin sister Pam also has 3 grandchildren. I sometimes feel sad that Momma died too young to see her great grandbabies, but I like to think she sees them from heaven.
Thank you for your lovely comments, and God bless.

Just sent you an email about the obit on Randall Cordell. Would love to have a copy when you get time so I can post on his memorial.

Yes Ann, it is a sad story. Thelma had a very hard life, it is good she was a strong person and a strong Christian. I will E-Mail you direct and tell you.

Thank you Ann, I appreciate your trouble and help. I really like the photos. Is there anything inscribed on the right side of JoAnn Waltons stone besides Jones? I bet her mother intended to be buried there. She was cremated in Arizona by her Grandaughter. See Find A Grave under Thelma Sharp.
Thanks for catching the dates on Ernest Brandon. I put in his son's dates. All fixed now. Thanks again!
