|I am originally from Milton, Morris Co., NJ and come from a long line of Norman's who settled in that area for over 225 years. Although now, most of the Norman's from the area have moved on to warmer climates and retiring life styles. But my heart remains in the town I grew up in.|

I did, if you are looking at Willie's memorial page, look on the left side and find the area that says " Find all Marions in Greenhill cemetery and click on Greenhill and it will show all 3.

>> Was it hard getting into the cemetery? We have been having issues with the salvage yard behind it having all their junk cars blocking the entrance to get into the cemetery. The access road should not be blocked as the cemetery was there long before they came to own the junk yard. To my understanding they have a gate accoss the access road on Schoolhouse Rd. Please let me know. <<
I didn't have a problem getting to it. I've been to Sars before, so I knew where the cemetery gate was. There were no cars blocking the gate, which sports a large NO PARKING sign, as well as the sign for the Turner Cemetary (that's how it is spelled). Perhaps they have received complaints. I just walked down the access road to the cemetery entrance during business hours.
Yes, there is a gate across the access road which is shut when Sars is closed, and signs proclaiming VIDEO SURVEILLANCE to discourage dumping and thievery.
PS -- I also added a memorial for Jay Johnson Norman (1931-2012) as I didn't see one for him.
|Pamela Lewellyn Strickland||Thanks!|
Thank you so much for the photo of Martha Hamilton Peacock's headstone. I appreciate it very much.
|Bonnie B.||Stella Newhauser|
I have located Stella's grave, but there is no marker for her. There is a marker for a Margaret, but no marker for Stella. I have checked the cemetery records and the site twice. Would you like me to post a photo of the site where she is, but there is no stone with her name? Or should I just state that there is no stone and ask that it be removed from the requested photo list? Thanks, BonnieB

I went ahead and set up the memoriam for Elgia's wife, Dorothy and requested a photo.
thanks for whatever you can do.
|Carol Adams Rowlands Hays||Elgia "Larry" Starcher|
Thanks for taking the photo of my husband's uncle. It's truly appreciated.
I'm still looking for "Larry's" wife. She supposedly is buried in the same cemetery, but I haven't set up a memoriam for her, not knowing where she is.
Do you live in close proximity to this cemetery? (Union Baptist).
