Bio Photo Forty some years ago I served in Vietnam and for whatever reason I now feel compelled to find photographs of all 400 men in my unit that were "killed in action". I still have about 41 men to locate and bring back home. We need not only to remember their names but also never forget their faces. Im Hoping To Find Pictures Of My Grandfather and Uncles.You have Inspired Me To Make a Memorial and Honor There Service. I Have Also Started Taking Pictures Of All Military Markers That I Find. I Will be Happy To Help I will Get This Done As Soon As Possibe. I have an Uncle Who Was In Vietnam And Is Still Living. My Grandfather Served In WW2 also A Great Uncle. They all survived To Come Home . But Have Since Passed. Have A Blessed Day..Kimberly

That is such a sad story...unfortunately, I'd say it happened a lot. I read what you wrote on his memorial, so did my husband. Brings tears to my eyes, glad you a bringing them together again. Glad I could help just a little.

That picture of SSGT Brooks was taken by myself not too long before he was KIA. Was a great man and leader. Think about him very often. I was his slack man cause he always walked point when we were the lead squad. If you would want more info just contact me.

You're welcome. Always happy to find and foto requests. But I do hate finding people who were KIA. Makes me mad and sad. And this guy had been in-country for, what, two weeks? when he died. Doubly sad and mad.
