Baby Floodstrand Block 3
There is only one baby buried in this plot. They have 3 index cards for this plot. The original showed the baby next to Emma. When it was transcribed onto another card, it was "moved" to grave 7. When uploaded, both cards were used.

Infant Floodstrand Block 7A
I found out that there is an infant buried in 7A. Sometimes when you want to find out something you just have to ask the right person. Anyway, this infant is buried in the Sigvard Martinson plot. The information about the baby is that it was a stillborn and it was buried on 13 Aug 1986. FYI, there is no one buried in the John Floodstrand plot in 7A.

Crystal Augusta Floodstrand
Surprise!

In the church records (The old Swedish Lutheran Church records) there was a burial of a 3-month old baby. I also found a baptism. Here's the combination of information:

Crystal Augusta Floodstrand
born 28 May 1905
baptized 21 Aug 1905 by Pastor George A. Johnson
parents Fritz and Maria Floodstrand
died 4 Sept 1905
buried 6 Sept 1905

Regards,

Joanne

Infant Floodstrand Block 7A
I will go to the City Hall again tomorrow to see what I can find out about this lot. On the map of the cemetery the lot is owned by John Floodstrand. I went to the gravesite and wanted to let you know there is no marker on that plot.

Baby Floodstrand Block 1 Lot 13
Hi Mary,

The information I found so far on Baby Floodstrand is that he/she was buried on 2/5/1926 according to the burial records at the City Hall. I could not find a record of death at the Court House or in the Church Records. It's possible the baby died in another county. I'll take another look at the church records for a baptism.

The order of burial in that plot is:
Emma Freed buried 7/2/1928 in site 1.
Fred Floodstrand buried 1/1/1908 in site 3.
Mary Floodstrand buried 7/18/1934 in site 4.
George Lauchin buried 6/8/1960 in site 5.
Edith Lauchin buried 10/3/1957 in site 6.
Baby Floodstrand buried 2/5/1926 in site 7.
Marvi "Pat" McGill buried 12/16/1995 in site 8.

I hope this helps a little.

Joanne

RE: Thank you, Susan!
Hi, I checked your profile and other requests and figure we are related through the Floodstrands. My great-grandmother (Hanna Paulina Carlson)'s sister, Justina was married to Axel Floodstrand in Menominee. My greatgrandparents lived in Peshtigo, WI. Axel Floodstrand was a son of Samuel & Johanna Flodstrand. Nice to meet you!! Small world!
I did research with Ed Abraham, Portland, Oregon, on this family.

I would be honored if you use it in your family tree. No credit needed.

You're very welcome for the photos of Charles' grave. I also took photos of the graves that were in the same lot. There was also a Barbara Baird. I hope the photos are helpful.

Your photo appreciated. Was led to believe the site was not too accessible, so thank you even more deserved - from the background it reminds of some of those locations for which you'd best prepare ahead
