I am searching for the following families: Gardner, Seaton, Powell, Gardapee, Knoph and I'm sure I'll be adding more as I go.
The areas my ancestors are from include: The Upper Peninsula and the Thumb. We seem to have stayed away from the rest of the state until the past 2 generations.

RE: St. James Cemetery in Casco, Macomb Co
Thank you so much Susan. Can you ask the pastor when you see him if he has any baptism information on the Johann & Sophia Leverenz family (11 children) who are buried in the Richmond Cemetery. I believe this church was formerly St. Jakobi Evangelical Church & there is an obit for Johann Leverenz (1835-1916). 3 of the children's headstones @ Richmond are hard to read the exact names & baptism & birth records would mean so much to this family. Thank you so much for pursuing.

St. James Cemetery in Casco, Macomb Co
Hi Susan - Did you ever successfully get in touch with the neighbor who had the church records for the cemetery ? That would be a Great find !! Thank you so much for checking out that source.

Heinrich Merschel
Thank you SO much for attempting to find Heinrich's grave for me. I've been out to St. James's a couple of times looking for it and have come up empty, so I suspected it was unmarked. I really do appreciate you taking time out to look for me, and if you do find out anything, please let me know.

Pictures of Alice & Marion Bark grave markers
Thanks again, Susan! You're just wonderful to locate these graves and take pictures of them for me. The stones look pretty worn; you must have done some searching and clean up, too.
Best wishes.

RE: Richmond Cemetery
Wow! Thank you! I'm excited to see what you're able to find. Herman and Amelia Kolts are my great-grandparents. The others are uncles, aunts and cousins...
