Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in Tennessee. I am married to my wonderful husband, Tim, who was born in Nebraska and we now live in Alabama. I have been doing research on both of our families. So far I have research on Olsen, Hardesty, Odom, Salvaggio, and of course more others, as we all know the ancestor charts split and go in all different directions. I enjoy doing genealogy research, just don't get to quite as often as I would like.

If you see a photo that I have posted on any memorial page, please feel free to copy it. I do not need recognition or a request from you. I put photos on so that those researching, the same as I, can have them to help fill gaps, just as I do.

I will try my best to help others in any way that I can.

RE: William Augustus
Hi Linda, I'm a former in-law to the Stacy family. I'm still great friends with everyone, so I created a tree on Ancestry.com for them. That was a photo I found on Ancestry (I'm hoping I put the source when you click on it), and I did my best to clean it up. It was really bad. That is the only one of him I know of so far.

If you send me your email, I'll "invite" you to the Stacy Ancestry.com tree. You can see what other photos are on it.

Appreciatively,

Lisa

RE: Cooke Odom (Find A Grave Memorial# 93208428)
I am not related to Cooke Odom, don't recall at the moment where I got the information to list him, so I am transferring the memorial to you, then you can add the photo and correct the date.

Harry and Ethel King
Cheryl,

I found a pic of Harry and Ethel's gravestone on the Arkansas Gravestone Project. It's illegal to post the pic elsewhere without permission, but here is the web address:

Donald Dunmire
Hi Linda,

I see you put the picture back of Donald Dunmire. I am glad. I was going to see if you had yet. I am glad you were not upset earlier. I try my best to be considerate. I like seeing pictures of people on their memorials. It makes it a lot more meaningful. Thanks for your kindness. Debbie

RE: FindaGrave does merge memorials (if asked)
You are surely welcome! Incidentally Find doesn't send you a notice about the merging--it just does them, and not necessarily swiftly. Just like us all, it sometimes takes a while. They also will merge cemeteries, too. When I ask them for a merge, I send them a strip from the top of the page to illustrate the dupe memorials or to prove the dupe cemeteries. It looks crazy in your letter, but it does make a link they can easily follow. Their e-mail address is found under "Help with FindaGrave, over in the left column.

The "strip" looks like http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=leaveMessage&cid=47343820&resubject=RE%3A%20FindaGrave%20does%20merge%20memorials%20%28if%20asked%

FindaGrave does merge memorials (if asked)
I noted the discussion on the pre-need memorial and the memorial created after the person died. FindaGrave will often merge the two, if asked. Generally the one created AFTER death is the one kept, but the links and pictures and any "flowers" remain. So I did ask them--I imagine it will take a little time, what with holidays and all. Again, thank you for all you do.

RE: Bonnie D. Nabower
Hello Linda
No I need to apologize. I didn't word my reply very well. If I had thought I would have seen you did not enter it. And I would have realized that it what happened. It was probably added at the time of the husbands death.
I am going to see if I can get the person that added it to gather some pertinent information.
If not, I will go ahead and delete mine as it is not good to have two memorials on there.
THANKS for all you do on Find A Grave. And PLEASE if you seen a goof on ANY of the memorials I have added, please let me know.
God Bless
Wilma
