Thank you for this information - I will update my family records. Martha Washington Baker was the sister of my GG-Grandfather, Joseph Harrison Baker. She was an amazing lady, I'm sure you know the story about her journey from Georgia to Texas.
Please contact me @ my email address (click on my profile) if you wish to talk more about the family. Always nice to find another cousin.

Hi Linda, Sorry about the delay in responding - I haven't looked at my site in a while. My Find A Grave memorial 79348648 is for James A. House, the bother of John Lorenzo House, who is the spouse of Martha Washington Baker.
I do have information in my family records about Joseph A. House, the son of John J. House & Marthie Wood. He was born in Texas 1837 & died in 1913 - that's all I know.
As a result, I don't think we want to link my memorial to the wrong parents.

Linda, I have noted your request on Turner White's memorial but you will need to request the contributor for the son's memorial to link to the parents. Linking comes thru the child's and not the parent's. I also am unable to find Travis Peak.
