I am a retired shoe factory worker. I have been doing genealogy for around 20 years and love tramping through cemeteries. I have 3 grown children and mostly have my days to do with what I want, except for the care of my dog.|

I was a little too hasty to finish updating the memorial so that I could transfer it back to you.
I never took typing in school and have used the "hunt and peck" method for many years. I have hunted for the keys for so long that I have them memorized by "muscle memory" and I have also have become a quick pecker;) I sometimes try to save time by doing "copy/paste" and editing. That is what happened in this case. I edited the place and the day, I didn't need to edit the month, but I forgot to edit the year from 1896 to 1902.
He was married 2nd on 8 Jan 1902 at Waterville, Kennebec County, Maine by A.A. Lewis, clergyman, to Maud V. Small.
Sincerely, Tim Cooper

I honesetly don't know if the memorial I entered is a duplicate for your relative. As stated in the memorial, I found the info at GenWeb and merely posted it on this site.
If you feel this is truly a duplicate, please let me know and I will remove mine as quickly as I can.

Well, gosh, that's a pretty clear cut monument. One would have thought we would have seen that. There are always those days though...
We did have success in Cambridge.. at least for those I know at this point are buried there. I was trying to work on the Bemis Mower family. He and his wife and a few of his children are buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Once I got home, I realized we should have hiked on up to Parkman as well, as there are a few Mower descendants buried there in the Baptist church cemetery and in Pingree Center cemetery. I'm working through the list on the Town of Parkman website to try to identify names of interest.

Thanks. We kept getting delayed but did swing through Athens this past weekend as I had to make a trek to Cambridge to track down some relations buried there. We did find the York stone, but we didn't find the Corson stones that were requested.. saw lots of Corsons as you know as it looks as if you have set the majority up, but not one of the 4 being requested did we see.
