Mary Sain Williams
It appears that your Mary Sain who married Boyd Henderson Williams in Lincoln County, NC is the daughter of Noah Sain and his wife Catherine "Kate" Sain (Sain). Kate Sain's maiden name I believe was also Sain. On the marriage certificate it states that they were married at the bride's home in North Brook by J. H. Brendel, and that her father is dead, but her mother is living in 1880. I found a Noah Sain buried at Bethphage Lutheran Church in Lincoln County, but I have no idea if this is the correct Noah Sain. It appears from census records that Noah Sain's father was John Sain and his mother is named Sarah.
Kate Sain's father may have been Daniel Sain and her mother Elizabeth Brendel, but I need to look at this some more to be sure.
The Sain family originally came out of Davie County, NC near Mocksville, NC, and the original German spelling was Zurn.
I assume you have the marriage certificate and death certificate for Mary Sain Williams.
I hope this helps. I will work some more on this later.
