RE: Terezie Parma, 53463083
ON PAGE 129 OF DR SIMICEK'S BOOK, THE PILGRIMS FOR HOPE, FRENSTAT AND TROJANOVICE. THE BOOK IS AVAILABLE IN THE TEXAS CZECH HERITAGE CULTURAL CENTER IN LA GRANGE, FAYETTE COUNTY, TEXAS. DR. JOSEF SIMICEK'S HOBBY ARE THE MORAVIANS WHO CAME TO TEXAS. HE HAS THE ARCHIVES AVAILABLE. TEREZIE WAS BORN IN FRENSTAT HOUSE NUMBER 215 ON 23 AUGUST 1825, HER PARENTS WERE MARTIN KRC AND ANNA PAVLISKOVEC IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT INFO. SHE MARRIED IGNAC ON 25 SEPTEMBER 1850. I GOT INVOLVED IN THIS MARRIAGE WHEN A DESCENDANT WANTED TO KNOW HOW THE PARMA AND KRC FAMILY WAS RELATED. I SPENT A LOT OF TIME RESOLVING THIS. YOU MIGHT CONTACT WILLY OR GILBERT BOHUSLAV WHO ARE RELATED TO THE PARMA FAMILY. ANGELINA GENZER KRETZSCHMAR

HI, Jerry, I love the newspaper obits/articles you have posted on many memorials several of which are members of my family. I would love to find others - how did you come to locate the obit notices - for example one is posted for Alfred Alexander McCurdy (he is my great great grandfather on my mothers' side.).

I Really have enjoyed reading many of these items. MAny thanks for all you hard work.

Hi Jerry,
Thanks so very much for taking the time to do a foil imprint to determine Andrew's birthdate. I added it to his site. I appreciate the information and your commitment!

Thank you for your work in recording these burial locations. I had been trying (unsuccessfully) to get a lead on locating them!

Thanks for the confirmation of his birth year. I can see on the stone that his birth month is Sept. so I added that as well.

RE: Gill
I am not sure on how to add all you have. I am going to contact find a grave to see if there is any way they can contact her or authorize corrections. There are quite a few goofs by that contributor that need corrected. I say that with the utmost respect as I have been double checking all that I have done and making corrections. If I get a positive response I will let you know. Thank you

There is an earlier memorial for Mr. Gill. Find A Grave Memorial# 74972292 If possible could you combine the information to avoid the duplicate? Yours is much more extensive but I have found no way to contact the other contributor.. Submitted with respect

RE: Edit request for #116286870
Sorry for the late response ...

The grave markers for Newton Marion Bare, Mary Frances Cunningham Bare were added by Isabelle Chewning in response to an earlier request I made for photographs. When Isabelle went to the grave site she found inscriptions on three sides (Newton Bare, Mary Bare, and Jesse Cunningham). If you look at the photographs of all three, you'll see it is the same marker.

I have a copy of Newton Marion Bare and Mary Jesse Cunningham's original marriage documents. The copies include a request from Jesse Cunningham to the clerk of the court for a license to be issued to his daughter to marry Newton Marion Bare.

The dates on Jesse Cunningham inscription are plausible for the father of Mary Frances Cunningham.

While the above is not conclusive, I think given that he's buried with them and that his dates fit the expected dates of her father, it's extremely likely that the Jesse Cunningham buried there is in fact her father.

If you would like a copy of her marriage certificates send me your email and I'll send you a copy.

RE: John Henry Shaw
You can absolutely transfer him to me. A 3x great-uncle. I'm fairly certain it was James.. but I think I'll leave it as J.H. just in case. :D

John Henry Shaw
Just wondering if you're sure John Henry Shaw is John Henry. The census has him as James.
