RE: Rebecca Wood
You are most welcome. I looked for other Woods that might be related, but found nothing. This was a lovely, small cemetery with the thickest, spongiest moss I have ever felt. Let me know if you need help with something else. Kit

Your more than welcome. It's always an Honor to take a picture of another Veteran's grave site.

Hi Jeff,
You might want to delete my message below titled "Cotton." It is incorrect. My first longer message was actually correct as I explained in my email to you. Let me know if you have any questions.

RE: Adelia Hobbs gravesite photo
Yes, there is one marker for both Adelia and William. From the looks of it, a newer marker was placed on top of an old worn one that had the dates. They are mostly unreadable. I did not pick up on this when I was touring with Dorothy Cotton, the Adelia's granddaughter. She did tell me that William was Adelia's second husband. William Hobbs was not realted to the Cotton family other than through marriage to Adelia. I have uploaded the photo of the marker to both Adelia's and William's memorials.

Hmmm...looking closer, it looks like I had the wrong name for her father. Her father was Richard W Cotton. But Adelia was her grandmother.
