I am working on the Erie Cemetery Survey Project with the Mercyhurst Archaeological Institute. I have a lot of research and photos for cemeteries in Erie County.

RE: Big Isaac Cemetery
I was just passing on what I know. At the library in a book with Cemetery listings. It states the Cemetery is maintained and has a 3 person Board of Trustee. The oldest grave marker that was readable was dated 1863 (June 1983) The older section is located at the lower side of the cemetery. Many of the early graves had rocks with the name of the deceased carved on the rock. This was done by a Mr. Hinkle who kept care of the cemetery at the turn of the century. Many of the rocks are no longer readable.
I guess if you need to you can give my name as a source. I just passed along what I could find out.

RE: Big Isaac Cemetery
Charity,
Big Isaac Cemetery is owned by the community.
Two of the board members were Donnie Corder & Butch Bennett. That is all that I know and can find out at this time.

Thanks for posting the photo of this gravestone. I tried many times to up load my picture and it would never work. I photographed and catalogued that who cemetery in 2006 because it was in such bad shape. I compared to a listing from the late 1940's (I think) and some of the stones were not longer present.
