Thank you for all the cemetery listings.
I am looking for my great-grandparents Wallace Walsh and Susan Sampson. They were both born in Ohio and probably living in Kansas around 1885. I don't know if they married in Ohio or not. Just wondering if you or any of the people who comment here have a Susan Sampson in your family who migrted to Kansas. They had a son named, Geroge born abt. 1885 in Kansas.

|Tammy Gephardt||Vincent Stanford Sampson|
Good Afternoon! My name is Tammy Gephardt. I have found that Vincent Sampson is my 1st Cousin 4x removed. I wanted to let you know that several things are wrong with your Memorial#96424108. I noticed your last name is Sampson, so I am going to go out on a limb and say you are family. That's cool! I am always happy to meet family.
I hope that you have done extensive work on the family. I know I have.
|Mary Ellen||Sampson Family at Silverbrook|
I was about to post the obit for Elisha M. Sampson started looking at this family. (I work on the FOS website.) We also have Philemon, father in the city DB. For some reason, he was not added to the "grave search" on the site--one of our current projects is comparing the city record to the grave search and fixing things--so I put him in. I was wondering what other info you might have? A little quick research and looking at the DAR records, it looks like Philemon and Abigail were both born in Woodstock, Windsor, VT and that Philemon was son of Moses and Lucy (Churchill) Sampson and Abigail was daughter of Amasa and Sarah Delano? Both Moses and Amasa are established "patriots" in the DAR but Philemon and Abigail would be "new" children? (Some is just general interest and some is because I have a new family member who has a Sampson connection.) If you are working on this line, I would like to share info?

Greetings from Find A Grave,
We are writing to let you know that a Find A Grave volunteer has reported a problem with your photo request for Jemima Sampson.
The general problem they reported is:
Cemetery office has no record of this person
They also reported, specifically:
There is only one Sampson listed in this cemetery. I uploaded that photo to Belva Sampson, she is the only one buried in that section.
Your photo request is still active and has not been removed. Hopefully, another contributor can fulfill your request. If you can fix the problems that were reported or have additional information that might help a volunteer photographer, please delete this request and create a new one, adding the additional information you have.

Thank you Bob for the information. I recognize Amanda's death date but not the surnames of her parents. Her maiden name is listed as Allen on her daughter's death certificate.
What is involved with managing a person's memorial?
|Lisa Walker||Judson Sampson|
I am the great-great grand daughter of Judson and Amanda (Allen) Sampson. I was very happy to find my GG Pop Pop and am thankful his information was added to the website.
I would be interested to know if anyone has any information about him or his wife. I do know that his parents were Judson and Susan Sampson.
