I am an avid geneology buff and like helping out other people on their quest to find their family history. That is how I became a volunteer. I am an animal lover.|

The suspense is killing me! Who ?
|Charlotte Ann Price||RE: Anne Wright Request|
Thanks so much.
|Dawn Scarborough||Mellie Dillman Abrams|
I was doing some searching and came across the photo of Mellie Abrams headstone. I had never heard of "Find a Grave", so was totally surprised to see the headstone of my father's birth mother online. It makes her seem a little more real to me. She is the only one of my grandparents I don't have a photo of.
I believe that are a cousin of mine. My dad's name at birth (to Homer and Mellie Abrams on February 20 1934) was Willis Abrams. He was later put up for adoption and ended up with Stanley and Jane Funk in Springfield. His adopted name is Douglas McClaren Funk. He died in September of 2004 at the age of 70.
I've met Jim and Kay Barker, and got to know and spend time with my Uncle James Abrams in Lampasas before he died, but I don't know much about the rest of the family.
Thanks so much for posting the photo.

|Heather Skoda||Gendron headstone|
Thank you for adding the photo of Gilbert and Anges Gendron's headstone for me. They were my great-grandparents and I remember him very fondly from my childhood.
Thank you for submitting the photo. It has filled in some missing information in my family tree.
Thank you so much for the grave marker photo. Denis
Thanks for sharing the pics. It's greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your kind offer. She is not related. I had her obit as it was on the same page as one of my relatives. Thank you for your kindness. Best regards, Ann

I don't think, in genealogy anyway, that a person can have too much information. If you have anything to share that would be nice. Thank you. My mother and I had gone to the cemeteries yesterday and then she took me around to show me where grandma had lived. Beautiful area.
