Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hometown is Sanford, Florida. My husband and I were in High School together, "High School Sweethearts". We were married on June 29th, 1962 in Sanford. One of the things I love to do is roam old cemeteries and take pictures, and Jim thought I was odd in that respect. Now I know there's a name for people like me...Taphophiles.I have reaped so many benefits from this site, and never knew it existed until a sweet lady in Sanford called to tell me Jim was on here.

"You will lose someone you can't live without, and your heart will be badly broken, and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of your beloved. But this is also the good news. They live forever in your broken heart that doesn't seal back up. And you come through. It's like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly-that still hurts when the weather gets cold, but you learn to dance with the limp." ~Anne Lamott~

When my soul is restless / And things seem out of line /
I visit an old graveyard / To take a mystical step back in time. /

I find the oldest tombstones / Then read the message there /
I consider what their days had been / And how our lives in ways compare. /

We all have lived through heartaches / As well as episodes of fun /
Surviving loss of loved ones / And rewarded for a job well done. /
Sometimes if I'm very still / I can hear what they have to say / And
feel them reaching out to me / Grateful for my momentary stay.

Hi my friend
Just wanted to say Howdy and hope you are well. I hope you aren't getting as much rain as we are. It probably wouldn't be good for your beautiful roses.I feel so sorry for all the folks who are under a tornado watch. The mountains"God bless them" help to protect us from such weather, How's your little grandbaby doing? She's probably a big girl now. I have cataract surgery on the 30th.Then maybe it won't take me so long to make my visits. I'm sorry I don't get around to visiting so much anymore. Take care of your self and enjoy Spring. Love Bobbie

Hi my friend
Glad you added some loved ones to your memorials. I enjoyed visiting with them. How are you doing. Great I hope. I was doing just fine until winter showed his ugly head again.Ha. The temps have gone from 60 and 70 degrees back down to 40s. Hope you don't get a cold spell and hurt your pretty flowers. Keep well my friend. Love Bobbie

Hi My Friend
Thank you for the SWEET message you left me about taking care of myself during this awful weather. I can not remember our temps ever dropping below zero before. The high tomorrow is just supposed to reach 9 degrees. That is not our usual North Carolina Weather. If I could get a hold of that little groundhog, I'd smack his little paw.ha. I hope it doesn't get cold enough there to damage your beautiful roses. Take care of yourself my friend. Love Bobbie

Hi sweet friend
Thank you for the beautiful message you left Luther for his birthday. It is so very true. He was a lifter, no doubt about it. Hope you and the family are well. I'm ok, I'll be a lot better I think, when we get our North CAROLINA WEATHER back. We haven't had much snow, but this persistent cold temperatures is so hard on old bone's. IT CAN GO BACK TO Alaska ANY TIME IT PLEASES.HA LOVE BOBBIE
