|John Gavin, FL||Ann McDonnell McAndrew|
Have a look at her memorial to see if you think she might be in the family of John and Mary Healy McAndrew, parents of Ellen McAndrew Gavin, the wife of John.
Take a look at her sister Teresa's memorial too. The link is on Ann's page. Check the obits for Teresa too.
Let me know what you think.
|John Gavin, FL||John and Helen Mitchell Gavin|
According to their obits, my grandparents, John F. and Helen (or Ellen) Mitchell Gavin are supposed to be interred at St. John the Evangelist Cemetery but their graves are not listed.
John F is the son of John and Ellen McAndrew Gavin who are also interred there. John F died suddenly while working temporarily in Wilkes-Barre in 1933. Ellen is the daughter of John and Mary Healy McAndrew. She died at their home in Syracuse, NY in 1938 where the family had previously moved. I assume this couple would have been interred in the Gavin plot if space were available. I haven't been able to find them listed in any cemetery listings in Luzerne county.
I do not know how to contact the managers of St John's cemetery. If you have their contact address, please send it to me gavj1(at)Hotmail-dot-com or leave it in a message here.
|John Gavin, FL||Anna J Gavin|
I added the links for Ellen McAndrew Gavin and her husband John Gavin to Anna J Gavin, on Anna's memorial page. You can add Anna's link to theirs as she is their daughter.
Her sisters Ella and May are listed on Anna's gravestone, pictured on her memorial, and their links for the sisters' pages can also be added to the parents' memorial. Thanks
You've added this memorial in Fountain Memorial Cemetery, which I assume you mean Fountain Lawn. Fountain Lawn cemetery already exists, you may want to move memorial to appropriate cemetery. If you created Fountain Memorial, you've created a duplicate. :-)

I was delighted to see the new photo of the headstone of Kate. Kate is the first wife of my great grandfather James Heslin. Kate died too young. James also died young from a coal mining accident. I am not sure if you are a descendant.
