RE: Glen Cove Episcopal Church Cem.
Thank you for the kind words. I do enjoy traipsing through these mostly forgotten places. I am very happy that my hobby helped you with your family research.

Regards,

Hi Peter,
You're welcome for the photo. Glad I could help. I knew where Armenia was, so I had a place to start. :) Let me know if you need anyone else.

Be well..

Ralph Smith :)
Morning Peter,
I see you put a request for Ralph. I know where Armenia is so if he is by her I'll find it. :)
Do you have any other names you want me to look for when I go photo him? Hope you have a great day and I'll be in touch when home from Maplewood.

You are quite welcome. I do apologize that I did not get a photo of that side of the entire stone, but it is on the side of the stone of Lamoine Fickel if you wish to review that photo that is posted.
I would be glad to transfer this family to your care if you would like to have them.

RE: william mudge weeks
There were an incredible amount of trees that came down in the cemeteries. The New York TImes ran an article last week about the severe damage at Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn. They said that they are looking for private donations to make the repairs since they can't claim damages from insurance since they are not the owners of the headstones.

Hi Peter,

I'm trying to find the original source for that photo. I wish I had credited it (as I should have). It looks to me like one of the portraits that accompanies the biographical sketches in the History of Long Island but I can't locate it just yet. I'll keep poking around for it.
